The 8th Baseball Jersey — Women's Piping Crop - Black

A baseball jersey, cropped to sit right.

The 8th Baseball Jersey takes the shape you know — the button placket, the contrast piping, the dropped shoulder — and cuts it clean at the waist. It's made in a 250 gsm cotton blend with enough body to hold its line and enough softness to wear against skin.

The detail is all in the trim. Contrast piping traces the collarless neckline, runs down both sides of the button placket, and finishes each short sleeve cuff — then repeats across the upper back so the line goes all the way round. Four buttons down the front.

The chest panel is left clean, with the 8TH mark sitting small on the left — that's the only branding on the garment, alongside our woven label and the Bramble & Eighth hangtag.

It's the piece for the in-between weather. Over a tee in the shoulder season, under a fleece when it turns, open over a bodysuit on a warm evening. Buttoned up it reads considered. Worn open it does the whole job on its own.

In black, white, light blue and tan. The black and white are the wardrobe versions. The light blue is the one people notice. The tan is the one that looks like it cost more than it did.

Wear it with the flared joggers for the set, or open over the bodysuit when the weather breaks.

Fit & sizing

Cropped and relaxed through the body, with a dropped shoulder and a boxy line. It's cut to sit at the waist rather than skim it, and the drop shoulder is what gives it that easy, borrowed shape.

Take your usual size for the intended look. If you want it close, stay true to size; if you want to layer it over a tee or a bodysuit, size up.
